This portal makes it easier for customers to reach out to the government and have any grievances around oil, gas, pipeline, CNG, PNG to be taken care of.  
The portal provides a single point of conversation for every consumer. Responses are sent out in real-time, ensuring there is no further delay in grievance addressal.
